I watch the news and all I see is trouble in "insert country here". India and Pakistan, THE USA and every Muslim country in the world, Bosnians and Albanians, ColumbiaŐs rebels, IRA, Israel and Palestine, Argentina's economy. It all adds up to now completely rooted world.
I don't want my childrenŐs, children to live on Mars. I like this planet. But by the way we are going there will be nowhere left to live.
The USA decided to go back on it's previous agreements and keeps more nuclear weapons in a ready state. The weather just keeps getting hotter and hotter with no signs that pollution is leveling out.
I'd love for someone to hit the panic button and sound the alert, that if we are to save this planet it has to be done sooner rather than later. I fear it's already too late. Everyone is thinking of the cost to themselves and their countries in the short term. We have to be thinking about our world hundreds of years from now.
I really donŐt want to live on Mars because we started a Nuclear War. Or have to leave because we are over run with Britney clones, in some deprived scientist sexual fantasy.
