Here's a case study:
You are leaving for work and are running slightly late. You leave your house to find some dickhead parked in your driveway, blocking your car. Try as you might you can't find the owner and have to taxi it to work. You get home and the car is gone with no explanation.
Now if the 'Common Sense Police' were around they would be on the scene immediately. Smash the cars window, hot-wire it drive it half way down the street into a tree. Then find the owner and put him/her into a tree. Everyone would be happy and you would get to work on time.
The 'Common Sense Police' would have different rights to that of normal police.
Here is a small list of the changes:-
1: Wedgies can be handed out as punishment
2: On the spot fines for asking the bus driver why they are late
3: Chinese burns for pushing the wrong button in the elevator
4: Instant beatings for those found listening to music with headphones on the train while their mobile phone rings a top 40 pop tune.
5: They don't carry guns but can choose between batons, metal rulers or an electric cow prod (ALA Bottom style)
The general public will be happier knowing that there day will not be ruined by some idiot and if it is then at least appropriate punishment will be handed out.
On any occasion if the 'Common Sense Police' are tired, those affected by the stupidity can dish out the beatings themselves.
