With the sheer amount of shit coming out of Hollywood I believe their should be a new license that is only given to people capable of making a viewable movie. Every producer, director and writer and actor will be required to obtain a license other wise they cannot be involved in a movie.

Just think of the money the general public will save by not spending money on crap movies in the summer.

We can finally say goodbye to Sandra Bullock who would fail even the learners test. Speed 2 would have just been a rumor rather than the sad reality it is.

Just like a gun license there will be a cooling of period, and there will also be compulsory 6 month probationary period.

This new bill will let talented people who usually get no exposure a chance that they might never have got.

You knows what great movies we have missed out on because Waterworld was made??
